At THR33 FOLDS, we take pride in crafting unique, original designs with premium quality. Every product undergoes careful quality checks before shipping. However, in rare cases of damage during transit, we are here to help.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • An unboxing video showing the full opening process.

    • Clear photos of the damaged product.

    • The original packaging, including any tags or labels.

Important:
If you do not provide an unboxing video and we are unable to verify the cause of damage, we will not be liable for refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products will be replaced and delivered within 7 days after reporting.

2. Incorrect Size Orders

All product sizes are clearly listed on our website. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.
Since our pieces are made in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges or returns for size-related issues or personal preferences.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and the shipping status indicates a delay or issue, please reach out to us. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist accordingly.

4. Product Appearance & Color

Due to differences in screen display and lighting, slight variations in color may occur. Each design is printed with high-grade inks on carefully selected fabrics. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

5. Unboxing Responsibility

Please open your package with care. We do not accept claims for damage caused during unboxing unless:

  • An unboxing video is shared, and

  • Images of the outer courier packaging are provided.

6. Package Damage on Delivery

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, request the delivery person to note the damage before signing. This step helps us in resolving the issue with the courier.

Refund policy

In case of any refunds approved it will take 3 days for the refund to be credited to you.

Return Policy

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 3 business days of approval. Refunds are only issued in cases where replacements are not feasible or applicable.

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
